[Fr] En ce moment, c’est la Japan Expo, et j’ai pris un passe pour y aller tous les jours (et j’ai bien fait, il n’y a pas de billetterie sur place, et aujourd’hui, tous les tickets de la journée ont été vendu). Il y a pas mal d’artistes présents à la convention, et mon portefeuille a fait une cure d’amaigrissement. Je fais un petit fil avec ce que j’ai pu acheter, et ça concerne principalement des fanart pokémon.
[En] This week, the Japan Expo convention is open in Paris. I took a 4-day pass (and I did the right thing, no ticket is sold at the event, and today, all tickets were sold). There are many artists at the convention, and my wallet had a diet. I’m making a small thread of what I bought, and it’s mainly about Pokémon.
[Fr] Mwoaa est une artiste qui peint sur des cartes pokémon. Elle complète ainsi l’image de la carte avec le reste de la scène. Les cartes peintes sont assez chères (de 40€ à 180€ la carte, celle-ci était à 60€), mais il s’agit d’une œuvre unique. Je lui en avait déjà acheté par le passé (c’était moins cher). Elle vend aussi des impressions de ses cartes au format A5. Son stand est le C206.
[En] Mwoaa is an artist who paints over pokémon cards. She completes the image of the card with the rest of the scenary. The painted cards are rather expensive (from 40€ to 180€), but it’s a unique work. I already bought her cards in the past (it was less expensive). She also sells prints of her cards in the A5 format. [Fr] J’ai trouvé ces cartes pokémon sur le stand K142 (J. Brocal, R. Elegia). Outre le format inhabituel, elles n’utilisent que deux couleurs, le noir et le rouge. La collection complète contient 16 cartes, et coûte 20€. Il est aussi possible d’acheter les cartes à l’unité ou dans des boosters de 3 cartes.

[Fr] J’ai acheté 9 imprimés au format A5 auprès de Siplick au stand N656 (Kali i Siplick). Ici, j’aime tout simplement le style de l’artiste.

[Fr] J’ai acheté 6 imprimés A5 auprès de Yami11arts (stand M148). Comme pour le cas précédent, c’est le style de l’artiste que j’apprécie. Ce n’est d’ailleurs pas la première fois que j’achète des imprimés à cet artiste.

[Fr] J’ai acheté deux aquarelles auprès d'Ocha (stand P683). Je crois me souvenir que l’artiste prend aussi des commandes sur place.
[En] I bought two watercolors from Ocha (stand P683). I remember that the artist also takes commission at the convention.
[Fr] Hasur n’a qu’un seul imprimé pokémon représentant Xerneas. J’ai acheté deux autres imprimé, dont le phénix que je montre ici.
[En] Hasur only have one pokémon print representing Xerneas. I nonetheless bought two other prints, like the phoenix I show here.
[Fr] Nowhere au stand S714 a de magnifiques sirènes, mais aussi des chats avec la tête dans un aquarium.
