Doppelganger

A collaboration between myself and the , Cat (deviantart.com/silverbettaCCT), based on a role-play we performed with one another. It serves mainly as an introduction and character building for Cat's new Gengar OC, Aadvay, but is also a reflection of our newfound friendship with each other, as told through our characters.

Jinji is a deep purple Gengar with crimson-red eyes that have thin yellow pupils around the iris; lengthier and sharper back spikes than typical; and always wears a coin-shaped pendant designed like a Dusk Ball. He has been exploring a large forest, taking a different path through each time, and is curious where this next one will lead.
Jinji is lost in thought in the forest, when he suddenly hears someone humming. He looks through the overgrowth to discover another Gengar is here in the forest as well! As he tries to get closer to see what the other Gengar is up to, he accidentally steps on and snaps a twig, and the sound immediately draws the other Gengar's attention...
