Didn't learn a Term to ask about. I've checked every town I can reach twice. The person outside where I need to ask about Mythril uses the word Mythril, and it's even in green text... But I can't LEARN it from them.
So back to... Wherever you learn that, I go. After a town of 20 NPCs with identical dialog trained me to stop talking to NPCs
This game is the absolute worst. An endless nightmare of tedium.

I think I give up. #FinalFantasy 2 is a masterpiece, every possible thing that could be done wrong has been done wrong in a way that would require endless hours of creativity. It took 5 hours of grinding to reach what I thought was the third town. Nope, can't access it, no explaination 
This is terrible without a single redeeming feature so far. God they're lucky 80s RPGs sucked ass anyway and FF1 was already a hit lol.
I'm playing the GBA version too, which doesn't seem to fix very much.

As we are getting deeper into the story, the skill and battle systems develop and become more complex.
Still not defeated yet, but there are so many boss fights to come.

Final Fantasy 2 is TERRIBLE why am I playing this I still cannot beat the second tier of enemy spawns after over 2 hours of grinding how did this get released even in the NES era how did the REMAKE on GBA 15 years later still do this bad
I knew it was bad I heard about the stat system but it is so much worse than that
