Ret<p>Still feel quite certain that the OSA’s “if you or your community participates in expression that we dislike then we will financially ruin you through fines or compelled expenditures” is a breach of Art 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights.</p><p>This isn’t a “freeze peach” point of view.
