FranziLeseHexWenn die Welt chaotisch ist ,sind solche Alltäglichkeiten wie Brot backen(ohne Backmischung) für mich, die seit Jahren unter ner Angststörung leidet, ganz wichtig. Das beruhigt, lenkt den Fokus ins Hier und Jetzt, spricht alle Sinne an und ist gut für die Liebe. Die geht ja bekanntlich durch den Magen.
