Going thru my old twitter I'm reminded when I hoped #keto would cure my being transgender along with improving my mental health. Well it did the latter but as for being trans it solidified it. I never questioned it, but I always hated/resented it. Now I accept it. So if any of these keto #carnivore crackpot haters (which is basically all of the online influencers) think either of these diets will cure being #trans NOPE it has the opposite effect. Because we are born this way. #mentalhealth
Today I learned that there are different types of salame.
I’m brain-farting all over the place today. This is why I don’t do carbs. It’s basically poison for my brain…
So usually for breakfast I’ll bust open 3 packets of tuna and add mayo, salt, pepper, and Tajín for seasoning. (Yum!)
This is my breakfast of choice for two reasons:
1. I’m not a morning person. Very hard to prepare for work in the morning. (Thank Arceus I’m WFH.)
2. #LongCovid brain fog is the friggin’ worst and I need as much help as I can get to be productive in the morning and combat said brain fog.
And so I settled on tuna for breakfast to help with both of those.
There’s only one teeny tiny issue with that: Tuna is super lean. I’m guessing it’s close to rabbit meat in that regard. And as someone who is a meatatarian on the #CarnivoreDiet, that just won’t do. #Carnivore needs to be medium protein-high fat to be successful.
I addressed this issue this morning by testing out pouring some melted butter over the tuna along as well.
The result? Not only is it delicious, but I’m very satiated as well! Will continue to experiment with this, very pleased so far.

I love how chuck pot roasts help with my brain fog for a bit, as well as put me in a better mood. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the anti-inflammatory properties of red meat.
Good carnivore/long covid breakfast that helps (a bit) with the brain fog:
1. Empty a couple of tuna packets over a plate (I do three).
2. Squeeze out some mayo over it.
3. Salt, pepper, and Tajín to flavor.
4. Mix it all up.
Tada! Tuna à la Lazy!
5. BONUS: Wash it down with GFuel!
Alcohol
One thing about being on carnivore is that you become a super lightweight when it comes to alcohol. I could feel the hard seltzer hit me just after a few sips.
And now, later in the day after a single can of Truly Hard Seltzer, my head is imploding and I wanna die.
The mango chili flavor was delicious though.
Got some pork rind crumbs from the store. Great breading substitute. Gonna roll my meat around in it.

When you just can't, don't want to, haven't shopped, and don't even have eggs in the house and you consume all your daily calories over #breakfast and #lunch eating only #tinnedSardines—1,459 calories of #cannedFishies. The #macros suck but it's technically #Carnivore (more like #Lazyvore because it's #canned in #oliveOil) and it's #zeroCarbs so, it is what it is. Now, 21 hours #fast and hopefully something a little more #Carnivorey than today's #Fishtacular.
