2) @opensuse is well known, but it's atomic @kalpa does not have the layering support and tooling like @fedora or @almalinux

3) On the US: it's not so black/white.

The Digital Work Place with #Linux for the desktop in the public sector is already a reality, but often in small scale and with little visibility. Too little.
