Explains Nevins’ Equine and Farm #Animal Placement Coordinator, Erika Tonnon, “This time of year, we typically take in more farm animals through Law Enforcement investigations because it’s cold, and people run into issues with providing adequate shelter during inclement weather.” She adds that another challenge in winter is that #animals can’t rely on grass for grazing.
NEW: We’re holding a one-day fee-waived adoptathon for #farm animals at Nevins this weekend! On Saturday, Jan. 11, fees will be waived for dozens of #ducks, #chickens, #goats, #sheep, and #pigs as we look to free up much-needed space to help animals we expect to take in during the cold winter months. 1/
Now, we're excited to report that Moodini has been adopted! He left Nevins Farm and moved to his new home yesterday, where he's living as a companion to some heifers on a farm. Happy tails, Moodini!
As some of you may remember, Moodini had quite the adventure last summer! He escaped from his home and was on the loose for two months before we were able to work with #Boston Animal Control to capture him and bring him to Nevins #Farm in #Methuen, where he's been living while adjusting to life with humans again.

I'm really loving the remake of the A Wonderful Life video game....however, I'm not a fan of some of the changes they made to the way the animals look. First and foremost....the horse isn't as cute as the original version :/ and the sheep look a little funky. But maybe I'm just being silly.
Also - I want more animal options! Story of Seasons! Please make a dlc or something for alpacas, pigs and more!!
