Pokémon Sleep gave me an error this morning when I tried syncing the Pokémon GO Plus +, saying there was an error with the sleep data and it will now be deleted. K.

And now, syncing the device with Pokémon GO, it doesn’t upload the sleeping data either.

What is going on? What did I do wrong? Pikachu did its lullaby last night. I don’t get it. Am I not supposed to wake it up early? Do I not press it when I wake up?

What do you do in the morning to ensure the sleep data goes through? Any help would be great.
