Well, started the day with a 10k (10.63km to be precise) which was fantabulosa!!

I'm always a bit self conscious when it comes to sharing my running times...mainly because I've had to dial back pace, or else face long spells Injured, and now I run like a tortoise through peanut butter. However today was the best I've felt running for a long time....Hopefully my days writing will be as smooth and enjoyable.

The View from the west side of Malta looking back toward St Paul's bay, where the wind has brought heavy clouds off the eastern Mediterranean. The dawn is fast approaching as night gives way to daylight.
