The Fisher (Pekania pennanti) left much clearer tracks this morning in the driveway.
The claws are well visible.
The length of the stride indicates it is a male.
I'm tempted to get a wildlife cam.

All four paw prints in a thin thin layer of snow, with a measuring tape.

It's a Fisher! 🥰
The tracks were all over the forest. Wenn returning to the car he was just about to grab a meal at the roadside feeder but ambled into the underbrush when he spotted us. He proceeded to clean his feet. Nobody likes snow between their toes!
Fishers are large members of the Weasel family.
